If you see an additional usage charge on your Skippz invoice, it usually means your account used more than the amount included with your plan during the relevant billing period.
This article shows you how to work backwards from the charge and identify what caused it.
Go to Settings → Billing and open the relevant invoice. For that you can follow bellow steps .
01.Go to Billing page .
02.Click on "Manage Billing " button .
03.Double Click on this "Invoice Detail " field.
04.Click on "Download Invoice ".
Check the invoice line items to identify:
The type of charge
The amount charged
The billing date
Whether the charge is related to your subscription or additional usage
Once you know what was charged, you can compare it with your usage for the same billing period.
Your plan includes specific amounts of resources such as:
Storage
Bandwidth
AI Credits
Seats and workspaces, depending on your plan
Additional usage charges can occur when certain usage exceeds what is included with your subscription.
For storage, excess usage is handled as a Storage Add-on.
For bandwidth, additional usage can be charged through Pay As You Go when it is enabled and your Wallet has funds available.
Open your Usage Dashboard and review the usage for the billing period shown on your invoice.
Look at:
Included — the amount included with your plan
Used — how much you actually used
Remaining — how much included usage is still available
Additional — usage beyond your included amount
This can help you identify which resource resulted in the additional charge.
If the charge is related to bandwidth, check whether your account used more bandwidth than your plan included during the billing period.
Bandwidth can increase when:
More viewers watch your videos
Videos are played repeatedly
Embedded videos receive more traffic
A video experiences a traffic spike
Higher-quality video is delivered to viewers
Once your included bandwidth is exhausted, additional bandwidth may be charged through Pay As You Go.
If the charge is related to storage, compare your current storage usage with the storage included in your plan.
For example:
150 GB stored 100 GB included 50 GB additional storage
That additional storage is handled as a Storage Add-on.
Unlike bandwidth Pay As You Go, storage overages are not deducted from your Wallet.
Make sure you are comparing the charge with the correct billing period.
Bandwidth usage follows your billing cycle and resets when a new billing period begins.
Storage works differently: it reflects the videos currently stored in your account and does not reset with the billing cycle.
Your usage can also be viewed in General View or organized by Workspace View, but storage and bandwidth are calculated at the account level rather than giving each workspace its own allowance.
If the invoice and Usage Dashboard do not make the charge clear:
Open the invoice under Settings → Billing.
Identify the additional charge and billing date.
Check your usage for the same period.
Compare your included and additional usage.
Review your Pay As You Go activity if the charge is bandwidth-related.
If you still cannot reconcile the amount, contact Skippz Support with the invoice details.
