Answer: AI Credits are used for supported AI features such as:

AI Credits are separate from storage and bandwidth.

Answer: No.AI Credits are product usage credits for AI features. They are not the same as Wallet funds, billing credits, or promotional credits.

Answer: Not necessarily.Skippz checks your actual usage and resources against the new plan. If the new plan covers resources previously requiring add-ons, applicable add-ons can be absorbed or canceled.

04. Question: Do I have to upgrade if I have a busy month?

Answer: No.If your increased usage is temporary, you may be able to use Pay As You Go for additional bandwidth rather than upgrading your plan.

05. Question: Is storage included in my subscription?

Answer: Yes, each plan includes a specific amount of storage.If you need more than your included amount, you can use Storage Add-ons.

06. Question: Is bandwidth included in my subscription?

Answer: Yes, each plan includes a specific amount of bandwidth for its billing period.Additional bandwidth can be handled through Pay As You Go when enabled.

07. Question: Do unused Storage Add-ons reset?

Answer: No.Storage does not reset with the billing cycle. It reflects the videos currently stored in your account.

08. Question: Does adding another workspace increase my storage?

Answer: No.Workspaces do not provide additional storage or bandwidth allowances. Storage and bandwidth remain calculated at the account level.
